Ingredients

  • 15 ounce canned navy beans liquid removed or possibly pinto beans
  • 14 ounce canned artichoke hearts liquid removed
  • 7 ounce canned artichoke hearts liquid removed and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 x cloves garlic pressed
  • 2 whl green onion minced or possibly chopped yellow onion salt and pepper to taste paprika for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the 7 ounce of chopped artichokes in a food processor and blend till smooth. Stir in the chopped artichoke pcs for texture and enhanced flavor.
  2. NOTES : We love this with anything dippable. Bagels, veggie sticks, crackers etc.
