  • 2 Tbsp. FLAKED COCONUT, TOASTED

Directions

  1. COOK APRICOTS USING PACKAGE DIRECTIONS; STIR IN SUGAR. Cold AND DRAIN, RESERVING 1/2 C. SYRUP. DICE APRICOTS. COMBINE PUDDING MIX,Lowfat milk AND RESERVED SYRUP IN SAUCEPAN; COOK AND STIR Until THICK AND BUBBLY. Cold SLIGHTLY. Add in CRUMBS AND APRICOTS TO PUDDING Mix; MIX WELL. SPOON INTO SHERBET DISHES; SPRINKLE EACH WITH 1 Tsp. COCONUT. SERVES 6
