Apricot Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Butter 3 ounce Cream cheese 1/2 c. Apricot preserves 1 1/4 c. Flour

1/4 c. Sugar 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 c. Flaked coconut

Directions

1. Cream butter, cream cheese & preserves. Add in remaining ingredients & blend well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes.
