Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1/3 c. onion thinly sliced
- 2 1/2 lb apple tart, coarsely
- minced
- 1 c. apple cider or possibly apple juice
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar packed
- 1/3 c. dry cherries
- 1/2 c. golden brown raisins
- 1/3 c. dates minced
- 6 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 x garlic clove chopped
- 1/2 c. sage minced
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in heavy saucepan. Cook till thick.
