Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  2. Spray a large muffin pan (1 dozen).
  3. Mix liquid ingredients in a medium bowl.
  4. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  5. Make a well in the center of the dry mix, and pour the wet mix into the well.
  6. Gently mix everything till just moist - don't overmix or possibly the muffins will be tough.
  7. Bake at 350F for about 20 min (or possibly till the sides of the muffin begin to pull away from the pan).
