Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Nonfat Yogurt plain
  • 8 ounce crushed pineapple unsweetened and undrained
  • 1/2 tsp Salt optional
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1 tsp Crystallized Ginger finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey to taste
  • 2 c. pasta (Rotini) uncooked
  • 1/2 c. Carrot shredded
  • 1 c. Celery sliced
  • 1/4 c. Green Onions sliced, optional
  • 1/4 c. Raisins
  • 3 c. Apples peel & dice

Directions

  2. Thoroughly combine yogurt, pineapple, salt, spices, ginger and honey; chill.
  3. Cook pasta according to directions, omitting salt. Rinse with cool water and drain thoroughly. Cold completely.
  4. In large bowl, combine all ingredients including yogurt dressing.
  5. Refrigeratethoroughly before serving.
  6. Makes 8 1cup servings.
