Ingredients Convert Measures
- Pancake Batter
- 1/4 c. butter -- melted
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. flour, all-purpose
- Apple Topping
- 1/2 cube butter
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 3 x apples, peeled -- cut in small slivers
Directions
- Preheat iron skillet with 2 Tbsp butter to 425 degrees F before pouring mix. Pour batter into melted butter and bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till golden, fluffy and high. Meanwhile prepare the apple mix to put on top of the pancake. Topping: Heat apples and ingredients till apples are just soft.
