Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 x Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. Soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. Onion, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. Ketchup
  • 1/2 c. Onion, minced
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Directions

  1. Combine the first 7 ingredients; mixwell. Shape into 1" balls. In a skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs; drain. Place in a 2-1/2 quart baking dish. Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-60 min or possibly till meatballs are done.
  2. Yield: about 3 dozen.
