Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 x Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Butter/margarine, melted
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Directions
- Sift the dry ingredients together, add in the egg and mix it in till it is almost absorbed. Add in the lowfat milk and mix till semi-smooth. Fold in the melted butter/margarine. Recipe should make about 5 pancakes 7 inches in diameter.
- Use less sugar if desired to use a lot of syrup.
