Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 2 tsp Ginger root, minced
  • 2 c. Guava juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c. Pineapple, finely minced
  • 1 c. Sugar

Directions

  1. Add in 1/4 c. water to ginger root. Boil 3 min. Strain. Add in the liquid to the guava, lemon and pineapple juices. Make a syrup of sugar and remaining water. Cold. Combine with juices and pineapple. Refrigeratethroroughly. [I just noticed which the instructions call for pineapple juice, yet there's no pineapple juice in the list of ingredients. If I had to wing it, I'd say try 3 c.].
