Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Combine breadcrumbs and next 4 ingredients in a shallow dish.
  3. Dip port in egg, dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place pork on a broiler pan covered with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the pork is 160 F.
  6. Cover with foil and let stand for 10 minutes.
  7. Slice and serve with preserves
