Ingredients
5 med. to lg. fresh tomatoes, minced
1 bell pepper, de-seeded & minced fine
1 med. onion, minced fine
4 fresh jalapenos, de-seeded & minced
Salt & pepper to taste
3 garlic cloves, smashed or possibly minced fine
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds or possibly pwdr (grind seed before using)
2 T wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Tabasco
Directions
Blend all ingredients slightly in a blender so which the texture is mushy but still chunky.
