Directions

  1. preheat oven to 350%
  2. steam carrots, mash
  3. saute onios in 1-1/4 cubes butter
  4. pour onions and milk into carrots and mix in the flour
  5. sprinkle saltines on top
  6. melt remaining 1/4 cube butter and drizzle on casserole
  7. bake @ 350 for 30 minutes
