Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 2 quart Water
  • 1 quart Tomatoes & juice
  • 1 c. AM 7 Grain Cereal (uncooked)
  • 1 can Green beans & juice
  • 3 x Celery stalks, minced
  • 1 can Whole kernel corn & juice
  • 6 ounce Jar sliced mushrooms
  • 3 c. Squash, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion pwdr
  • 2 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp Celery seed
  •     Sea salt, to taste Or possibly- vegetable seasoning

Directions

  1. Bring to boil and simmer, covered for 1 hour. Add in 1 Tbsp. of AM Canola Oil before serving, and a handful of minced parsley. Any other vegetables of choice may be added or possibly substituted.
