15 Minute Chicken and Rice Dinner Recipe

Simple and Easy. Got it from a can of soup

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tablespoon Hot Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 1/3 Cups Water
  • 2 Cups Minute White Rice, uncooked

Directions

  1. Brown chicken in oil for 5 minutes on each side or until done in nonstick skillet.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Remove from pan.
  4. Add cream of chicken soup and water to skillet and bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in rice and top with chicken.
  6. Cover with lid.
  7. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  8. Stir and then serve.
