Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 pkt 15 bean soup
  • 1 bag frzn corn
  • 1 c. raw brown rice

Directions

  1. Soak beans overnight. Add in rice, cook for 1 hour or possibly till done. Add in corn 50 min after you started beans cooking. Drain water and serve. Store excess in leakproof containers. May be frzn in 3 day serving sized containers, and thawed before use.
