Weir Having a Dinner Party - July Classes Group Talk

Joanne Weir conducts two classes, one at Draeger's San Mateo (July 16th) and the other at Draeger's Blackhawk (July 17th). On the menu for these classes is: (1) Salad Greens with Stone Fruit, Toasted Almonds and Goat Cheese, (2) Summer Vegetable Soup ith Mint Pesto, (3) Grilled Butterflied Leg of Lamb with Romexco Sauce, (4) Oven-Fried Potato Chips with Smoky Salt, (5) Zinfandel and Raspberry Sorbet with Berry Compote.
