Parmesan-crusted oven fried chicken

Parmesan-Crusted Oven-Fried Chicken tastes great hot or cold, takes minutes to prep, and “fries” to a delicious golden-brown right in your oven.
Ingredients
½ cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tbsp. water
3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 6 medium-to-small)
