About me
I was born and raised on a farm outside of Stockholm, Sweden, so I often get asked why a Swedish-born chef would open an authentic Italian restaurant. The truth is that Italian food is the food that talks to me. You don't choose who you fall in love with. It just happens. I discovered my passion for Italian food at an early age, and I have never lost it.
