About me
Love cooking (and eating!) ... Thai, Italian, Morrocan, Lebanese, (Med cuisine in general), Indian, fusion food...
Im a flexitarian (i eat meat rarely but it happens sometimes...), i love to experiment and also using new ingredients to cook.
I use as much natural/organic/locally grown food as possible but im not that fussy, i would eat non organic food (sometimes even junk food) outside ;)
There is too many things to say about me and food...

Cooking Influences
* My greatgrandma who was a cook (i was watching her cooking for hours, from the moment i was able to stand up), my grandma and my mum (that's for traditional Belgian and French food)
I've been collecting recipes since I have been able to read :)
* Then my ex bf's mother (who is Morrocan), she taught me a lot, one of the best cook i've ever met... Thanks Farida!
* My numerous trips all over the world and couple of cooking classes... :)
