About me

I'm a software professional and self-trained home chef. I give credit for my initial spark to Emeril Lagasse and Food Network. I have since built my skills on Julia Child and Rick Bayless. Along the way I have:

* Worked one harvest as a cellar worker at Pietra Santa Winery in Cienega Valley learning skills from the crush pad to the racking room and also got a taste of olive oil production.
* Worked for two years as a line cook at the Vault Bar & Grill in Hollister, CA to get a taste for a professional kitchen and its operations. What a great experience.
* Continue cooking for friends and family and putting love into every dish I prepare.
