  Hi Jenny, nice to meet you too. Those desserts I tried it at Fairmont Hotel with my hubby. They are lebanese, one of them is called "Baklava" i wonder if you have heard of it. The white colour has fresh cheese with caramalized orange rind on top and another was made from fried vermicilli! One thing these Arabic delicasies are really sweet!
