About me
I feel like I've been cooking all of my life, both of my parents are really good cooks and put the bug in me. In my early 20's I realized that I was pretty good at it, when Food TV came along I was hooked. When people ask me where I went to cooking school I say: "Food TV and my parents house". Now I cook for a family in Sacramento and I'm currently working on writing a cookbook. To be able to get paid to cook is a dream come true by far, its my greatest passion.
My other passion is music (listening to it, playing it, singing, writing) but if I had to choose between cooking & making music I'd have to choose cooking. God forbid I ever have to choose though because music is in my blood. My cookbook is going to be a fusion of food & music. Most of my friends are musicians (and amazing ones at that) so they're going to write the music portion, little tid-bits on bands that inspired them, songs that give them goosebumps etc. I'm getting really excited about it as it comes closer to being finished. So please, feel free to critique away at my recipes, it will really help me out!
