About me
As long as I can remember I've loved to cook. When I was nine, I borrowed my neighbor's Bon Appetite and studiously copied the recipes. I am open to trying about anything, and have just gotten my box of sausage making supplies so I can try some of the recipes from my Charcuterie cookbook.
Cooking Influences
My travels influence my cooking. I just got back from a trip to Hong Kong and Singapore and when I can find the time, I would love to break out some recipes.
