About me
I am a senior political science major/ cognitive psychology minor at UC Irvine. I try and cook as much as I can at my apartment, usually mixing fresh ingredients with microwaveable/packaged ones. My parents are Iranian and I love the aromatic flavors that accompany many middle eastern dishes, however I am also crazy about Thai food & Japanese sushi. I try and always make the most of the ingredients I have in my kitchen--I really believe cooking is all about trial and error and creativity. I still have a lot to learn but I am excited to share some of my recipes and to experiment with new ones!
