About me
I have a wife, two young sons and not much spare time. I'm the nutritional gatekeeper of our household as well as the primary cook. Cooking is my only hobby these days. Nailing even simple dishes, to me, is rewarding. I was raised on Korean food and still eat as much of it as I can find. I make all the well-known American standards as well as Mexican and Asian dishes. I'm looking forward to posting recipes and trying what I find here!
