About me
I am 50yrs old and use to bake for home industries in the Klerksdorp/Orkney area in South Africa. I love to cook, bake, gardening and do spend quite a bit of my time on the Internet. Usually research from new recipes to anything of great interest. My husband is bedridden, due to Sclerosis and I am on the look out for healthy, easy digestible food recipes, since he battles with acid reflux. Which easily leads to malnutrition.
