About me
i'm a college student who loves to cook whenever i have the time. i value fresh, local, sustainable, and organic produce/meat. i grew up cooking in an italian centered kitchen but also love all types of cuisine (especially thai and vietnamese). i strongly believe that it is a crime to eat a nice meal without a nice glass of wine (and vice versa).
