Directions

  1. Place onion and butter in a 2 qt casserole. Cover with wax paper.
  2. Microwave at high (100%) till tender, 2 to 3 min. Combine all ingredients except cheese, with onions. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at medium high (70%) till heated through, 12 to 14 min. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave at medium high (70%) till cheese is melted, 3 to 4 min.
  3. Makes 6 servings.
  4. NOTE: If using ham, use cream of asparagus soup. If using leftover roast pork, use cream of celery soup. If using leftover roast beef, use cream of mushroom soup.
